Electrical energy, heat, gas, fuel and other compounds such as fertilizers from processed urban solid waste (MSW)

From waters with a high concentration of organic matter:

Production of electrical energy from anaerobic processes in industrial wastewater treatment systems with a high concentration of pollutants such as organic material and suspended solids.

Ideal in food industries and others with a high concentration of organic matter in their wastewater and that require  water treatment for reuse or compliance with standards, allowing large-scale power generation.

Industrial wastewater with high concentration of pollutants such as organic material and suspended solids, on the one hand, such pollutants harm the environment, but on the other hand, they are full of energy potential.

With this treatment system se  solves the environmental problem, while converting pollutants into steam or electricity.

Continuous and uninterrupted clean energy using waste as fuel

Technology:

Renewable energy solution, occupies little space and modular, scalable and with negative carbon emissions. Systems are calibrated to meet waste remediation needs, energy requirements, and available space. Keep waste out of landfills and return value to the community.

With patented technology that uses an advanced thermal conversion process to change all types of MSW, biomass, agricultural waste into ultra-clean syngas that is converted to electricity on site.

Proposal:

Most industries must use a certified method to dispose of their waste, an effort that is costly and logistically onerous. With this technology, you can earn money by getting rid of your waste, while creating renewable energy.

We work with companies in all types of industries, including agriculture, universities, food processors, hospitals, hotels, municipalities and many more to turn waste into a reliable 24/7 supply of renewable energy from biomass and heat, right at the source. .

Energy independence is improved, local jobs are created and the impacts of climate change are mitigated.

Generation of energy from almost any type of cutting waste and/or of organic origin,  from agricultural and forestry processes, mitigating pollution problems at the same time, producing biomass_cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ or "biological coal" (important industrial and domestic energy resource), later used as fuel at its maximum energy capacity  in various applications for: Furnaces, _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_burners, boilers etc., to generate electricity, heat or steam.

As a fuel it replaces coal and firewood in most applications, being easily integrated into any production process.

The importance of this technology also lies in the conservation of wood through the reuse of discarded wood, a product widely used in developing countries and which leads to the widespread destruction of forests.

Advantages of the complete system:

  • Low-Cost Green Power: Cut fuel cost in half

  • Sustainable system, clean, high efficiency

  • Reduces the volume of cutting waste or biomass by 70-80%.

  • Drastically reduces the cost of transporting cutting waste

  • Low Cost of Capital.

  • Low cost of O & M (operation and maintenance)

  • Simple, easy handling and easy to load

Low cost machines that are easily integrated into a production system.

They replace coal in most applications: boilers, gasifiers, etc.

The final Product has the following approximate typical analysis (which can vary according to need):

The two systems that can be combined for power generation:

  • Briqueting System: Clean system that transforms raw material into a compact form (briquettes)

  • Pyrolysis system  (gasifier): Powered by briquettes. Produces energy to generate: Electricity, Heat and steam.

  • Remark: For the production of electrical energy, a standard generator can be obtained locally.

From treatment of other types of wastewater:

Generation of electrical energy  from other types of  wastewater, during its treatment to supply energy to the same treatment system.

Cost-effective and energy-efficient wastewater reuse and treatment.

Technology:

The company has developed two technologies, MABR and EBR, that address limitations in industrial and municipal plants.

The Membrane Aerated Biofilm Reactor (MABR) is a decentralized, modular wastewater treatment process that requires only 10% of the energy used by conventional technologies. This technology is based on spirally wound respiratory membranes that provide oxygen to the process and support the growth of a nitrifying biofilm. Through an integrated process of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification, the MABR produces high-quality effluent with fewer operating inputs. The product's modular design allows for distributed treatment and gradual expansion possibilities over time.

The electrogenic bioreactor (EBR) treats industrial wastewater and at the same time generates electricity from the process that is fed into the grid. EBR is a positive energy wastewater treatment technology with lower sludge handling cost because very little sludge is produced. Like SABER, EBR is based on a modular design, allowing for gradual implementation and easy expansion.

Sector:

MABR is suitable for the treatment and reuse of wastewater in small municipalities, hotels, resorts, casinos, campgrounds, mining camps, shopping malls, and golf courses.
